In just weeks now, Alexander Hamilton: The Graphic History of an American Founding Father will no longer be theoretical. It will be something you can hold in your hands—and experience, if you haven't already, what a mainline into your historical and political consciousness an unorthodox nonfiction book like this can be.

And it is gratifying indeed to observe that some quarters of the literary world is taking notice!

Our thanks go out to Mashable.com's Chris Taylor for including us among the website's "Five Must-Read Books In the Second Half of 2017."

Terrific restraint is always necessary on our part not to riff on lyrics from the musical. But we are fine to let Mashable have their way with it: they attest that they "can't wait to read like we're running out of time."

Over at Brightly.com hardworking mom and book lover Jennifer Ridgway has been kind enough to spot us with her telescope. We are lucky to have made her "16 of the Best New Books of Summer 2017" list—and as with Mashable are humbled to see some of the company we are with. Probably the most exciting thing of all is to see a graphic novel of any kind to be moving the needle with readers who tend towards traditional books.

And last but not least we are excited to see the book as a blip on the radar of Voxmagazine.com and the eclectic tastes of writer and review Zach Van Epps. The gentleman, who tells followers that we depict Hamilton and other Founding Father in "true superhero fashion," will hopefully be convinced that our more nuanced treatment of the subject is even more satisfying.

Thanks to him for honored placement in the "Six Books to Add to Your Summer Reading List."
